Client-billing.com is a private label portal that handles clients' product/service billing and management. These products/services may have been offered from various affiliate, partner, sister or sales/advertising/promotion websites.
Client-billing.com may change or modify any content of this TOS at any time without prior notice to clients. A Last modified date will be added at the bottom. It's the clients' responsibility to check this TOS regularly for changes.
In case of any dispute, management decision will prevail and is final.
Accounts
All clients that place an order and sign-up on client-billing.com website should provide real information. Failure to do so will result to termination of account. If you are signing up and placing an order on behalf of another party, both of you will be held liable for any actions done while using the product/service.
Account service/product transfer, migration, resale
You may not resale your account/product/service.
We may allow transfer of service/product from your account to another in a case by case basis. A fee maybe charged for this and promotional price may not be carried over. Please open a ticket.
Migration of service/product from another provider may or may not be supported and may incur additional cost. Please open a ticket to inquire.
Client conduct
If there are problems with the product/service, open a ticket. Spamming bad reviews without reaching out to us first will result to account closure, no backup and no refund.
Clients are expected to be respectful and patient to staff. Any abuse will result to account closure, no backup and no refund.
Do not spam the ticket area with tickets. You may open 1 ticket at a time. 1 ticket - 1 issue.
For Abuse or Copyright contact
Please email all concern to [email protected] with the proper subject Abuse: Phish or Copyright: Author. Please include proof or it will be ignored. Expect a reply within 24-72 hrs.
Payment
Payment via Paypal and credit/debit cards are accepted through Paypal checkout. All product/service should be paid in full for their ordered duration.
Chargebacks shall incur a 50 USD admin fee. Client-billing.com reserves the right to block any account without refund that places a chargeback.
Pay on time. You will get reminders for your invoice. Late payments shall incur a late fee. Non-payment shall incur service/product suspension and all data shall be unrecoverable.
Please read product description. The price maybe for 1st year only and may change on renewal. Some have recurring price but might not be carried over when transferred or when upgraded. When in doubt please open a ticket.
Custom orders
If you want or require something that is not available for order on the website, please open a ticket from your account to inquire of the possibility and the price.
Price match
We welcome any requests for price match with similar specs to our offered packages be it hosting or SSL. Please submit retail prices or price lists. Do note that special or promotional prices may not be matched.
Addons
You may avail of addons to your existing order
Hosting: website design, graphics design, cWatch (malware scan, CDN, WAF), Codeguard (backup)
Domains: Domain privacy, Domain proxy when applicable
SSL: Validation assistance, SSL install, additional SAN

Refund
Refunds are dependent on a case by case basis.
Hosting: within 7 days of order
Domains: no refund
cWatch: no refund once activated
Codeguard: no refund once activated
SSL: within 15 days of order depending on CA. If CA deemed you provided fake info and used the SSL for abuse, no refund.
LEI: no refund once processed. Refund will be given if you paid and your application was rejected.
Addons are not covered by refund. Additional SAN of SSL you buy is considered an addon and will not be eligible for refund.
Refunds are only valid on the first time order for the same product per account. Opening new accounts to abuse refunds will not be tolerated.
Promotional products are not eligible for refund.
Cancellation
You are responsible for cancelling your product/service. Please cancel it before your paid term/duration ends. If you get charged for a product/service you did not cancel, you will not get a refund and may only get account credit subject to approval.
Blocked countries
Some countries may be blocked due to embargo or abuse. If the website does not load for you or you can't place an order that may mean your country or IP is blocked.
Contact and support
For Sales, please use the email address or contact form on the website. For Support, please submit a ticket from your account. Please be patient and expect a reply within 24-72 hours. A knowledgebase is available from your account, please use that in the meantime.
Backup
You are responsible for your own data. Client-billing.com is not liable for any loss of data. Please backup your data. You may check the knowledgebase on how to periodically backup your data or you may avail of Codeguard.
Malware/security
You are responsible for the security of your account. You have to safeguard the password and access of your account. You are responsible for what you use or install on your account. Accounts that have malware (installed un/intentionally or dropped) or hacked shall be suspended immediately. Unsuspending it may or may not be possible. You may hire a sysadmin to manage/secure your account or avail of cWatch.
LEI code
We use a registration agent for the application and the agent may sign the contract on behalf of the applicant. The applicant must ensure he has full authority to apply on behalf of the Org and he maybe asked to submit a Letter of Authority / Power of Attorney as proof.
Unlimited Hosting
Unlimited/unmetered means the storage space and bandwidth traffic of your hosting package have no set limit BUT they must comply to a fair use policy (FUP). Clients with unlimited hosting packages must not use the product/service for file hosting, storage or sharing. You may not use it to host files unrelated to your website and those that will be served on other sites. Offending accounts will be suspended and warned. They will be asked for proper remediation or offered an alternative package. Those who dont comply will be banned without refund. The same will happen for repeat offenders.
Fair use policy (FUP)
DA Shared and Reseller. No account may consume more than 10 % of total resources available including but not limited to CPU utilization, Disk space, Disk I/O, Memory, web port connections, network bandwidth or network packets per second. Accounts may not send emails to more than 10 recipients at a time and more than 1,000 emails in a 30-day period
cPanel Shared and Reseller. No account may use 50% or more of available system resources including but not limited to CPU or memory for longer then 30 seconds or more than 2% CPU daily, 3% memory daily. There will be no more than 10 simultaneous processes per user, no any process that run for longer than 30 CPU seconds and no any process that consume more than 32 MB of memory. Databases are limited to 16 max user connections and cron jobs must not execute more than once every 30 minutes unless justified. An account may not send more than 300 emails per hour.
Resellers are not allowed to offer free or free trial products as these are hot magnets for abuse.
Liability
User agrees to use the service/product in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws. In the event the account is not used in accordance with all applicable laws including but not limited to Local, State, Federal, Country or International laws, client-billing.com reserves the right to cooperate with all or any law enforcement agencies.
Neither client-billing.com nor its partners/providers are responsible for any damages arising from user's use of client-billing.com, by user's inability to use the service/product or by user's not reading/following the agreement herein.
Force majeure
Client-billing.com is not liable for any non-performance of the service/product caused by or arise from force majeure events.
Prohibited
These activities are not allowed on any of the packages found on the website. Violators shall be swiftly banned without backups and refund. You are responsible for reading and accepting this TOS before ordering and signing-up so there will be no room for leniency here. D.O.N.T. B.E. A.D.I.C.K. :)
Accounts terminated for these activities shall be held responsible for any cost client-billing.com incurs for of cleaning up, responding to and handling the aftermath from the complaints.
Mass mailing / email bombing. This is considered spam. Please contact us for a specific solution or use an smtp service elsewhere.
Hacking. It does not matter what hat you wear. Any hacking related activities whether for testing, demo or whatever are not allowed. Port scans. Ping bots.
Hacking tools/Warez/Cracks/Guides are not allowed.
Any copyright material / Imitation products
Fraud / Phish / Scams / Fakes / Impersonation / Catfishing / Swindling
Malicious acitvity / Any Bots (including IRC) / Malware
DDOS / DOS
Games or activities that would attract DDOS
Violence / Hate / Terrorist / Gore / Anything radical
Proxy.
Adult themed websites
Child porn
Blackmailing / Revenge porn
CPU intensive or mining activity.
Any form of SPAM - usenet, forum, group, social or whatever
Pharma / Fake meds / Marijuana / Illegal drugs sites
Anything else illegal that would break the LAW
